Fieldex's board amends the corporation's stock option plan

ROUYN-NORANDA, QC, May 9 /CNW Telbec/ - Fieldex Exploration Inc. (FLX :TSXV, F7E:FSE) announces that the board of directors approved an amendment to the corporation's stock option plan increasing the number of options that may be granted under the plan to 4,432,049, which represents 10% of the current issued and outstanding common shares.
