TORONTO, Feb. 4 /CNW/ - Coniagas Resources Limited ("Coniagas" or the "Company") (TSX-V: "CNY") announces that Mr. Robert Fasken has resigned from the Board effective immediately. The Company is actively seeking his replacement.
The Board wishes to thank Mr. Fasken for his valued contribution to the Company over the years.
