Court case has been the headline on $EMO.V so long the underlying asset gets ignored. IBW is genuinely advanced and the metallurgy is real, the governance fight will sort itself one way or another, the rocks are still there either way. Sprott-style insertions happen when the underlying is good and the board needs replacing, and the major shareholders are already lining up the slate for exactly that move.
