Expanding the Manga bedrock anomaly is the cheap early step you want, it grows the drill target before any money goes into holes. Still grassroots though, so size it like the lottery ticket it is, and the only reason an early explorer like this can keep the financing window open at all right now is the gold price doing the work for them.
