For anyone new to the story: Cinco de Mayo was MAG Silver's project a decade ago and the 2012 ejido vote banning exploration for 100 years shelved it. Apollo optioned it, spent two years on community work, and now has an assembly date with both the moratorium and a long term access agreement on the same ballot. Insiders have been buying in the market ahead of it. If it fails, Calico still carries the market cap and the option lapses eventually. If it passes, a high grade CRD silver project in Chihuahua goes from dead to drillable overnight, next door to PAAS. That asymmetry is why I own it.
