hard to pin a $/acre valuation on undeveloped white hydrogen ground for $MAXX.CN. raw concept is worth a few bucks an acre, mapped targets order of magnitude more, commercial flow is a different model entirely. way too early to tag a precise number

i think it's both right now but the sector bet is dominant. very few names have acreage scale that matters, MAXX is one of the few with a story big enough to be in the conversation
