Full warrant on a FT unit under the LIFE exemption and no hold, on a name that still had cash from the last raise. I get that the 10,000m season ate the FT budget faster than planned, costs are up everywhere in the north, but you can top up flow through without handing a full warrant to whoever got the call. The Lentung drilling decides the stock either way. Terms were soft.

the 10k metres this season is basically all FT money tho, hard dollars stay parked for whatever else simon has planned

Sure, but you can fund FT drilling without handing out a full warrant.
