Bringing Alvarez and Marsal in to manage the Colosseum build is the news that matters, it signals theyre serious about getting to production rather than drilling forever. Colosseum sitting next to Mountain Pass is why the REE angle gets the attention, but the gold is the near term funder, so gold builds the cash flow and the rare earth side is the free call option on top.
